1 General Terms & Conditions

989db (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming service. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 989db.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

989db reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with 989db, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

Each individual may only register one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If 989db detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit the associated balances.

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number when registering.
• A photo of your national ID card or passport must be submitted for KYC verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 989db immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

989db is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If a minor opens an account using false information, all transactions will be voided and the balance will not be refunded.

989db is committed to protecting minors. We conduct regular account verification and may request additional documents at any time to confirm a user's age.

• Providing an accurate date of birth at registration is mandatory.
• An NID, passport, or driving license is accepted as proof of age.
• 989db reserves the right to take legal action in cases of age restriction violations.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at 989db can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum is determined by your account tier.

Deposits are typically credited instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, it should be resolved within 30 minutes. If it takes longer, please contact support.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing via third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• No processing fees on deposits.
• 989db may request additional documentation to verify suspicious deposits.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification is required to make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit — an important safeguard against money laundering.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, during verification or for high-value withdrawals, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Verified accounts can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day.
• VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

6 Betting Rules

Before placing any bet on 989db, you should review the specific rules for each event. Different rules apply across various sports and markets. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, so please review carefully before placing.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 989db reserves the right to void that bet. Similarly, if a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10.
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by the event and market.
• The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳5,00,000.
• If evidence of match fixing or score manipulation is found, all associated bets will be voided.
• If a bet cannot be completed due to an internet disconnection, it will be saved in your account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

989db regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming. Bonus-specific terms apply in addition to the general terms.

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed toward wagering requirements must have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Misuse of the bonus system may result in account termination.
• 989db reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 989db. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfers.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (including arbitrage betting).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or exploit the platform's systems.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

989db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the circumstances outlined below. This decision may be made unilaterally by 989db.

• Violating these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failing KYC verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If you are found to be engaged in prohibited activities.

Users may also close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be refunded in full; however, any bonus balance will not be returned.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• 989db is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• 989db is not responsible for issues arising from a user's own device.
• 989db will not compensate for any financial losses resulting from betting.

12 Changes & Updates

989db reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be provided.

Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and have your real-money balance refunded.
